Job Description
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper with solid professional background, responsible for the managing vendors accounts and payments process in the Company, reporting to the Controller.
- Management and accounting of vendor invoices in Israel and abroad
- Preparation of monthly payments to vendors in Israel and abroad
- Responsibility for journal entries related to vendors
- Adequate classification of costs
- Contact person with vendors
- Recording I/C transactions
- Other ad hoc tasks
- Responsibility for expenditures and payments internal controls (SOX)
- Part time position (50%)
Job Requirements
- Hold a professional certification as a bookkeeper
- Minimum bookkeeper type 2 certification
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Priority system
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Consistently meet deadlines and exhibit exceptional time management. Display excellent interpersonal skills
- Honesty, integrity, and reliability
- Collaborate effectively within a team
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
